Frag Die Apotheke is a service where users can get free advice from pharmacists and answers to various questions about diseases and health. In addition, users have the online skin analysis option. Frag Die Apotheke is also a database of all pharmacies in Germany. If you get to it, the pharmacy will appear in the search for users. Let’s tell in more detail how it works.

As we have already said, the database displays all pharmacies in Germany. The user sees the pharmacies addresses and their work schedule. If you want your pharmacy to be displayed, you need to subscribe. Subscription features:

• can be issued for a month or a year;
• can be deactivated at any time.

Subscription allows for more medicine orders as patients search for medical products after receiving a free consultation from an expert pharmacist.

Our development team was tasked with integrating and customizing WooCommerce subscriptions for pharmacies. What we implemented:

• Different terms. The pharmacy owner himself chooses the period for which the subscription should be issued.
• Personal user account. There, the user sees the subscription plan, validity period and other nuances. It is implemented using the user’s personal account standard functionality. A custom view and display of required fields has been made.
• Activation/deactivation. You can also activate or cancel your subscription in your personal account. This is an option provided by the WooCommerce plugin functionality.
• Subscription freeze. If the user decided to stop the subscription for a while, and then renew it without losing money and having to buy a new subscription, this can also be done in the personal account.

The subscription feature was implemented by our development team through proper configuration of WooCommerce functionality. Our WooCommerce development team implemented the look and feel of the required fields during the custom development phase.

In addition, Frag Die Apotheke receives funds for the service development to provide free consultations to users.
